Miracles on Polly - Fairy Tale Cabin

The 12'x12' Fairy Tale Cabin reflects on the fanciful figures we dreamed of when we were children. Rustic in nature with a comfy kitch feel, nestled within a pastoral grove. Inside consists of reclaimed boards, beams & driftwood. There is a full double bed, private bathroom with a small standup shower. The kitchen has a convection burner, microwave, toaster oven & mini fridge. Burrowed at the top of Polly Hill and neighboring the Enchanted River Retreat Cabin, both share the 4 acre property.

Just Beachy Cottage @ the Beach/ Lighthouse View

Perfect for a couple but can accomdate a larger family too! This cottage sleeps 7 and features a queen bed in the studio portion, along with a bunk room. The bunk room includes a queen bed, a double bed, and an XL twin. Enjoy unique amenities such as a lighthouse and water view, AC, an EV charger, seal watching from our kayaks, and clam digging right on our beach. The suite is perfect for single travellers, couples, students, or workers who want to explore Eastern PEI. The suite is a 10 minute drive from the Brudenell and Dundarave golf courses, 20 minutes from provincial beaches and the ferry and a 30 minute drive to the capitol city of Charlottetown. Our suites are equipped with all necessities and are centrally located, just a quick 20 minute drive to Charlottetown and 18 minute drive to Montague. 25 minutes from the Northumberland Ferry.

“Kassie’s Korner" is a one-acre lot for couples & families looking for rural life close to everything. The aromatic scent of wild roses & lilac in “Grove” you'll be surrounded by nature, homemade benches & enchanting solar lights. It's a wonderful place to relax & take in nature. Firepit will have you wanting smores. Backyard patio has sunrise to relax with coffee in hand. The front deck will have you sipping wine and bbqing while the sun sets.

Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
