The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel. 1 Apartment, rated 3⭐️, about 80 m² offering: a separate entrance, where you can leave coats and shoes. Upstairs you will find a large living area with living room (sofa bed) and a dining room, an office area, a fitted kitchen. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity, and washing machine. Towels will be waiting for you. A large bedroom with a 180cm bed (divided into 2 beds of 90) and an extra bed complete the apartment.

Gite with heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

It is composed of a living room with a sitting area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven... shower room and toilet. Separate floor with two large bedrooms, each with a double bed 160 and a single bed, a landing bedroom with a single bed. A family pool to share with the owners is at 28°... heated from September 20 until mid-May, the sauna and hot tub will be there for relaxation of body and mind.
