Charming little stone house, in a village in the heart of the countryside and on the edge of the forest. Come and recharge your batteries just 1 hour from Paris and 40 minutes from Fontainebleau. The house includes an entrance leading to a living room with TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, TV) on the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a TV as well as a bathroom with toilet. Small outdoor area with deckchair and table to enjoy during lunches.

Forest house inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright, swimming pool and terrace in a dominant position in a remarkable environment. Great for a stay in the forest an hour from Paris. Shootings, filming and corporate seminars are possible on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on the premises. Breakfasts not included, self check-in.

Dovecote transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2 (note many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the park on the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.

The House

"La Maison" will welcome you in a country and rustic setting. This beautiful family and rural home located in a hamlet will bring you calm and relaxation, and this is very close to Paris (45 km) and Versailles (60 km). To get around, Bouray or La Ferté-Alais train stations allow you to access the capital in less than 1 hour. Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.
