I have been travelling and working in Cyprus for some years now and know the Mackenzie area of Larnaca very well. Diana's apartment is ideally located close to the main Mackenzie beach bars and restaurants and is also a pleasant walk along the sea front to the old town of Larnaca. The apartment is much better than most listed and importantly, has free parking. All good !

We can totally recommend a stay at this great small house. We enjoyed the great hospitality of Militsa and Angeliki and walking on the close beach. The house is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday 😊

The apartment looked like the photos, the area was beautiful. It was great to enjoy coffee on the balcony every morning with a view of the sea. It was our first time in Cyprus and certainly not the last. Thanks very much, Natalie

We had a great time at this accommodation. The building is in a very convenient location being opposite the beach, above many eating places, there is a intercity bus & airport bus stop a couple of minutes away along the beach front & its near to Larnaca sites like to the castle and church of Lazarus. The accommodation was comfortable for our 2 week stay. It has a large double bedroom & smaller twin bed room both with en suite. The living room though small was adequate for our needs with a settee, TV, small kitchenette area and balcony. The view from the balcony is of the city and the sun shines onto the balcony after midday. Joe was very responsive to an internet glitch and always got back to us quickly.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was was exactly as described and very central to the beaches, seafront, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoy the apartment with easy access to the beach. Christalla was very welcoming. Clean, all the basic items available. Very nice.

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere. It has the most stunning view of the sea and as it is almost next to the Larnaca airport, watching the planes land from the very spacious and comfortable balcony is really good fun. Inside the apartment, there is everything one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable with very good wardrobe space too. Bathrooms are very clean and it helps to have the two bathrooms if you have four adults staying too. We very much enjoyed the large seating space in the living room which provided everyone with opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating was lovely as the night time can still get a bit cold even though during the day it was lovely weather. The apartment is walkable to the beach and there are also cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Larnaca centre is only 5 minutes if you choose to drive. The host was always happy to help and available if we needed. Great apartment and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Anoki is a great host! Replies were very fast and everything was there for us to have a very comfortable stay. All the basics were there so that was very convenient. A few points, the kitchen and bathroom are fine, but a bit old - slightly low water pressure and the water doesn’t get hot during the morning/day. And make sure to realise this house has quite some stairs. We travelled with two small kids and I kind of missed this but overall it is doable. Also a car is definitely needed, there isn’t really anything near the house. We didn’t stay at the beach in front because it isn’t the prettiest one. It was very nice to not have to buy basics such as shower gel or peper and salt etc. Everything was there! That was really nice :) overall we had a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful time at Santiago’s place - he was incredibly helpful beforehand and kind, and he surprised us by leaving a tasty bottle of wine and fresh fruits (and more basics). The surroundings were peaceful (we were off season), the view was wonderful and everything as had been said!

The accommodation was exactly as we imagined it. The apartment is located in an outer row in a small manageable complex with bungalows. We had a patio in front of the house and a terrace with sea views behind the house with plenty of tables, chairs and loungers. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, a large fridge with large freezer, a stove with ceramic hob and oven and a lot of dishes. There are also enough bed linen and, above all, plenty of towels on site. Stefanos bought a new contact grill especially for the bungalow, which we were very pleased about. There is also a contact person on site in the complex. Thank you for a great vacation time.

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Place to recommend despite sometimes the difficulty in having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed having a pool to use, which was regularly cleaned. The villa cleaning crew were great except we were asked to wait while they cleaned which messed up our day a little bit but other than that a lovely stay with the added bonus of a mum cat and her 3 kittens visiting every day. I would recommend staying at Oleksiy's villa as the beach is a 5 minute walk and some good restaurants and takeaways near by.

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

What a wonderful apartment and a wonderful host! I had the most wonderful time. I went as a female solo traveller and I felt incredibly safe the whole time. The apartment was exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were super clear. Palm beach is a short walk away and entry to view inside the ghost town is also nearby. The town is also nearby with some lovely restaurants and very friendly locals. The amenities are wonderful and the mini market staff are super friendly. The pool was always clean and it was a very pleasant place to relax. Dündar was an AMAZING host and was super responsive. He was generous with providing his advice and his warmth via messaging absolutely contributed to the whole experience being very positive. I highly recommended visiting this area and staying in one of Dübar's wonderful apartments. If I ever return to Famagusta, I will be sure to see if Dünbar has availability, as I felt totally at home. Dear Tatiana and Anton, thank you so much for your amazing hosting. The house is beautiful . It has a great view. Everything we might need is thought out down to the last detail. We felt at home and never wanted to return. Anton was very nice and helpful. She told us everything about the house and was helpful. Lots of love and greetings❣️ The site is also very safe for children and those who come alone. In order to benefit from the pool and spa, it is necessary to register and buy a bracelet. They are very tight with this. The registration process can take a little long due to the intensity. So don't leave it at the last minute and send your information in advance. The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.

Good location near to the beach. Close to grocery stores. Spaces for car parking. Apartment was comfortable to stay. Nadiye was very helpful comunicating. Enjoyed my holiday.
