The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. The apartment is a separate part of our home. It is 50 m2 and consists of a combined TV room and kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms. Veranda with seating area and gas grill. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV via fiber optic network. Fire protection via alarm center. The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

Nice hiking opportunities and walking distance to cozy restaurant at Skjæløy slip. 1 hour drive to Oslo, and a short way to, among other things, the Old Town in Fredrikstad and Sweden. This is a paradise for those who love sea views, swimming, relaxing or activities in scenic surroundings. Must be experienced!

A small and charming house by the sea

A quiet and peaceful alternative where you are almost at the bottom of a dead end. 40 meters from the sea, with a view all the way to Vestfold. Covered terrace with heat lamp, gas grill and not least hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get a grandstand to enjoy both from the hot tub, under the roof on the terrace or from the sofa well wrapped in a blanket. We also have the coastal trail not far away, which offers the opportunity for great trips in our beautiful village.

Close to the city in Sandefjord and still you feel that you are staying in the nature. Free parking outside of the apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.
