Monica's place was perfect for what we needed! The place was nice and clean and it was a huge bonus to have an in unit laundry as well. Location was great and was an easy drive to Hyannis where we ferried to Nantucket for a day. She was communicative throughout the check in process and it was very easy! Would definitely stay again for future trips out to Cape Cod!

Jeff's cottage is beautiful! The location is right off the main road, so it was easy to find and it was close to the rail trail and a beach. The cottage itself was spacious and homey. Loved that there were puzzles, cards, and other "at home" activities for rainy days. It felt very private, even with Jeff's family and other guests on the same property. Jeff and his wife were so kind, responsive to our messages, and willing to help with anything we needed. All in all we loved this place. Between the location and the cottage itself, we were very happy. We would definitely stay here again, and even have friends stay with us, as there was plenty of space! Thank you again!!

Fantastic few days spent relaxing by the lake. Views were beautiful and the home is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything from start to finish was just right. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a beautiful cottage in a peaceful neighborhood. The cottage had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway, and the pictures didn't do it justice. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Due to the weather, we didn't get to explore as much as we wanted, and we were only in town for a wedding. The host is very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Hobbit Cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. A lovely sunroom looked out on the marsh and was great for morning coffee. There was ample space for two of us. Everything was easy to find. Brenda was available for any questions we had. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

We booked Ellen’s place mainly for its proximity to the rail trail and reasonable price and it far exceeded our expectations. Parking was easy in the designated spot and the cottage was clearly marked. Self-check-in was easy with the provided code (use the newer lock box on the door, not the old one on the side of the house). They were installing sidewalks on the busy road during our stay, but it took less than a minute to bike to the trail on the main road, or you could walk a quarter mile down the side street across the road and there’s a dirt path onto the trail from there. Ellen provides a whole book of suggestions for places within walking distance, with walking directions to Cobie’s clam shack and Linell Landing beach. It’s so easy to bike everywhere from Yarmouth to Wellfleet and even to the National Seashore beaches. The place is truly a tiny home, but it has everything you need - comfy bed, great shower, Roku TV, and coin-op laundry across the lawn. We’d definitely book again!

It’s a really cute Cape Cod cottage near the beach and one of the Cape Cod National Seashore’s visitors’ centers with hiking and biking trails. It’s also centrally located, making it easy to reach other sites up and down the Cape. It’s tucked in a beautiful, wooded area where you have your privacy but don’t feel too far from anything. I really enjoyed the outside amenities as well from the outdoor shower to the hammock to the Adirondack chairs and picnic table.

We loved our weekend in Betty’s cottage! Looks exactly like the pictures, was a great price, and in a very central area of Cape Cod so we were able to explore all weekend. Betty was incredibly responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area to book this cottage! Thanks again Betty!

The cottage is beautiful, extremely comfortable and well equipped. The surroundings are peaceful and the location is conveniently at walking distance from the beach. We loved our stay there and spent an amazing week.

Thank you for an amazing stay in Orleans. The property was exactly as described and close to some of the best beaches in all of cape cod. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the decor was cape cod perfect. Thanks again ! We can’t wait to be back

The cozy cottage is a delightful and comfortable spot for two 💕We enjoyed our morning ritual of drinking coffee while watching the sunrise over the cove. We also liked the convenience of being able to walk and explore the area from our stay. Nearby is an unusual small museum with an interesting story to tell (French Cable Museum) , delicious ice cream and a good fish market/restaurant . Easy on and off to other parts of the Cape. Kayak launches and beaches nearby. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a wonderful spot. Quiet and nice. Very walkable to the trail leading to lots of great local restaurants and the artist village. Also walkable to Skaket Beach though that’s maybe a mile or so. This was our third stay and we’ll definitely be back!
