Our guesthouse (with breakfast included) is located in Neuville, in a section of our beautiful farmhouse, which is simple, welcoming, and quiet (next to the hospital). Our garden is shaded with private parking for 1 car. We are located: Orléans (30 minutes away) / Pithiviers (20 minutes away) / Etampes RER (30 minutes away). - 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris (101 km) or Disneyland. - 12 km from the Château de Chamerolles, and close to the Orléans Forest

Located on the ground floor, in the owners' house with independent access and shaded terrace. The room is warm, furnished and decorated in the colors of the weathered wood. You can enjoy the garden and pool. The family room consists of two sleeping areas: Bedroom 1: (160 x 200 separable bed) with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Bedroom 2: ( 2 beds 90 x 200 not closable), separate toilet, shower room equipped with a walk-in shower.

The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the "Cosson" river, from where you can explore the prestigious Châteaux of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and the surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our home, whose garden with its different species of trees makes up an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. Upon reservation, possibility to order breakfast (€10).

In the city center, but very quiet in a pedestrian alley, we will be happy to host you in our home. The bedroom, on the ground floor, overlooking the garden, is very functional, carefully decorated. We will prepare breakfast at your convenience indoors or on the terrace. You can leave your bikes in complete safety in our walled garden. We will be available during your stay to meet your expectations.

Let yourself be seduced by this lovely place to stay. In a large old house, private room of 20m² on the floor ( under the attic) , fan. Enclosed garden of 500 m² with trees and terrace semi-shaded by a eucalyptus tree. The house also hosts a very nice and very playful little dog.
