Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Orleans County

We have stayed at Neal’s place multiple times in the spring and fall, and have always found it to be convenient and cozy. This time, unexpected snow and a town-wide power-outage made the propane fireplace, battery-powered lantern, and handheld flashlight more than just ambiance-enhancers! They were peace-of-mind enhancers! Thank heavens we had received our Chicken Confidential sandwiches at Black Bird Bistro (a MUST every time we’re in town!) five minutes before the outage. Vacation saved!

We had a great weekend in Glover! A clean, bright, well designed home with lovely views. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was well supplied and Kyle and Jenny were responsive and friendly. Don’t ignore their warnings about the road - it’d be nearly impossible to get there in the winter or mud season without snow tires and/or 4 wheel drive. I’d definitely go back!

I'm from the area and was looking for someplace different to stay instead with family. This home was beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. It was very clean, spacious and felt like I was in my own home. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Lyndonville, VT.

My kids and I had a great stay. The house is perfect. Great home base for biking, hiking and going to the lake. It was very relaxing- loved hearing the stream at night. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Also, Sandy was quick to respond to any questions 👍

My family and I absolutely loved this house! We were in town for a graduation and needed a place that wasn't fussy and could accommodate a large, multi-generational group. This place was perfect. From my 18 year-old newphew to my 72 year-old mother, we all fell in love with the property. From the moment we walked in felt instantly comfortable - rustic, lived-in, homey, and very clean. We spent 1/2 the time there brainstorming excuses to come back in the winter! I mostly communicated with Savanna. She was wonderful - professional, friendly, and flexible. Bottom line, if you're looking for a comfy stay in charming farmhouse in a bucolic setting, this is the place for you. !00% recommend!

We had a great stay. Very close to Jay Peak and comfortable for our group. We would stay again for sure.

Lynn’s condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed being able to ski in/out and walk to the waterpark and dinner. Our dog enjoyed daily walks along the xc trails. We had everything we needed for a memorable family getaway.

My wife and I were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings. The host thought of everything that would or could be needed to make us feel like we were at home. From the moment we arrived we knew our time here was going to be very enjoyable. The next time we plan to visit Jay, Vermont, we will plan our trip around the availability of this property. We loved our 3 night stay at this cozy condo on Burke Mountain! We enjoyed the easy access to the slopes, the wood burning stove, and a few awesome area restaurants recommended by Meredith! We hope to be visit again soon!

We loved Vermont and our stay. Hardwick was a lovely town and we enjoyed getting breakfast and coffee at Front Seat every morning (per Ann’s suggestion). The locals were so kind! Ann checked on us to make sure we were warm enough and even left us some apple cider to enjoy! She had plenty of recommendations for us. We got to enjoy the fall colors of Vermont, and are already talking about our next trip back!

Stayed at Mike’s place for 3 nights while skiing at Jay Peak. Ideal location and was just the perfect layout and space for my party of 6. Even with 3 adults and 3 kids there was still plenty of extra space for additional guests. Some nice restaurants just down the street towards Montgomery. The space was also ideal for cooking in and enjoying time with everyone. Have been to Jay Peak often and would certainly be interested in renting again.

Great house and responsive host. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of books/games to keep you occupied.

We had a wonderful stay, the views are amazing and it’s close to mountains and the lake. We were staying in the area for a wedding and enjoyed a peaceful cozy retreat here. We loved the decorations and little details inside and outside. We’re looking forward to coming back and bringing our own pup to meet friendly fluffy Sunny!

Nick’s place is awesome! My boyfriend & I stayed up there for a long weekend and it did not disappoint. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in, the cabin is very clean and inviting. The property is as pictured, and even better in person. Nick was also very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. We will definitely be coming back, thanks for a great stay!

this was my second time staying at the airbnb, my girlfriend and I absolutely love the house & property. The locals are extremely nice & helpful as well. We had a flat tire and took it to Hays Auto and even though they were busy they took care of us and were extremely kind. The house is gorgeous and extremely private. Very clean as well when we arrived. Scott was amazing just like last time on if we needed anything or if we got up there with no problems! My girlfriend and I will also choose this airbnb when we stay in vermont. Greensboro & It’s locals have a special place in our heart! You won’t be disappointed if you stay there! ps go to blackbird bistro! their food is amazing, great environment and only around 15minutes from the Airbnb it’s our go to!

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's place. The cabin was so cute with lots of thoughtful features with a well-equipped kitchen. The location on the pond was beautiful and we enjoyed having our coffee/meals looking out at it. We didn't have the best weather while there but still had a great time with our pup. On the last day the weather cleared and we were able to take the canoe out on the pond and even saw a bald eagle and got a loon "concert". Robert provided very helpful information and was super responsive. Would 100% recommend this place.

Larry's place was exactly what we needed. We only stayed one night, but wished we had longer to stay. Larry was extremely clear in describing how to get there, communicated some important details to us, and when we needed some help, was very fast and helpful. I love the unique feel of the woodwork inside the loft apartment, and we enjoyed the extremely quiet surroundings. I highly recommend this place!

This is a really charming cabin in a great location. We stayed for a short family weekend of hiking and it couldn’t have been more ideal. Highly recommend the place and the area!

Annie and Chris were incredible nice and accommodating prior to, during and after the trip asking if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. The place itself was neat, clean and very cozy while offering space for multiple people to stay comfortably. The kitchen had all tools needed to cook indoor and outdoor on the grill, there were also ingredients at the house to use as well. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds I think my partner and I have ever slept on, the two bathrooms available offered were great so nobody had to wait to use it. The outdoor area was so peaceful to sit on the deck and relax or on the grass, the opening in the trees was great to look at the stars or in the daytime to birdwatch. If my partner and I are in VT which I am sure we will be, this place will be at the top of our list to stay and relax at.
