We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. Our chalet is finely finished, decorated in a casual style, and is equipped with a kitchen with utensils. We are 6.5 km, 13 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The chalet is located in Monte Alto, a very quiet, simple and rustic village, 15 km from Arraial. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

The house is all fenced in, allowing tranquility for those with pets or children. We have a beautiful ornamental lake, with some fish, we leave food for the children to be able to feed them and this ends up being fun! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning😀

Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
