Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Cosy cabin from 1955, renovated 2016, electricity installed and with Wifi. Sitting room, kitchen with hot and cold water, one sleeping room. Suitable for 2 adults and one kid. WC for your exclusive use in the nearby building, 10 meters away. No shower available. Located by the beautiful Gjevilvatnet in Trollheimen, perfect for mountain hikes, cross country skiing, fishing, kayaking and just relaxing. Toll road, kr. 80,- to be paid at youpark within 48 hrs after passing to avoid extra cost.

On sunny days you’ll enjoy an amazing sunset from the igloo, go to sleep in duck down duvets with Egyptian cotton, and sleep under the «open sky». Wake up to birds singing, take a morning trip on the ocean in the sit-on-top kayak or SUP-boards (included in your stay). Bring your own lunch to the popular mountain «Vågfjellet», and enjoy the amazing view. Say hello to the alpacas on our farm on your way back to the igloo!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

From the property, you have direct access to the sea, a fairytail forest, and numerous cultural heritage sites. Perfect for both young and old who want to spend time together in beautiful surroundings. The cabin is new and is located at 910moh. Panoramic views of Skarvannet and the surrounding mountains. With Trollheimen just outside, there are many opportunities for hiking and recreation summer and winter. Ski tracks at the cabin and 15min to Vangslia Alpinsenter. Bicycle paths, rando tours, golf, rafting and fishing opportunities. Lun cozy cottage with the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
