Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Orient Bay

This place completely exceeded our expectations — the pictures honestly don’t do it justice! It’s tucked away in a peaceful, gated community with 24/7 security, a private beach, and an incredible on-site restaurant with delicious food and top-notch service. We stayed here for 7 nights for our honeymoon, and it was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hosts welcomed us with a charcuterie board and champagne — such a thoughtful touch! The villa itself is beautifully maintained and packed with amenities: beach towels, laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen, and more. The pool and the view from the villa were absolutely my favorite parts — truly breathtaking. Our host was incredibly responsive and even helped me find someone to fix my phone after I dropped it in the water. That level of hospitality made all the difference. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This is the prefect place to explore grand case! The most amazing food I’ve ever had is steps away. Across the street is the beach and super close to many other beaches and places to explore. The sound of rain on the roof was my favourite part. At night the backyard fills with hermit crabs, it was so cool! Definitely worth the stay. Jamal was also super friendly he came and meet us at the place and brought us a paddle and dry bag to go kayaking! He was super sweet and kind

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. One of the most gorgeous AirBnBs I've stayed in on the island. All three bedrooms are generous size with super crisp linens and sparkly clean bathrooms. The downstairs living room was so comfortable with a large, cushy couch and kitchen bar and breakfast table. The design details are minimal and tasteful. Super chic but super comfy. And the host was always very responsive. Would definitely book again.

The stay was amazing. There was plenty to keep us entertained and rested within the listed property and villa. There was a nice pool (beware of the drop off after the last step…found out once I was unexpectedly under the water 🤣). The beach access had quite a bit of seaweed when we went due to the time of year but we could still use it for kayak access. The beach access at the villa is not the type of beach access you can swim at. But, no worries because there are plenty of beaches around. Melissa had amazing recommendations and was very prompt in her responses. If you get a rental vehicle on the island make sure you take DETAILED video and photos while the agent is present and can be seen in the video also. The island roads are crazy and you will want to make sure any damages on the vehicle are captured before you take responsibility for it. Overall the stay and host were top notch and I would have no problem staying here again. We loved it!!!!

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

We had a wonderful 10 days in paradise! Excellent location with beach, grocery store and numerous restaurants in walking distance. We spent long days on the beach and took a swim in the pool before dinner! Christophe and Delphine were gracious hosts and answered all of our questions promptly. Perfect location!

We had an amazing 10 days stay at Véronique’s place. The accomodation looks even better in real life. Spotless clean, great private outdoor lounge area with the jacuzzi, and outdoor shower. The location on the island is centrally located and perfect to discover the surroundings without to much driving. Véronique provided us with great local tips and is a super responsive and friendly host. We travelled with a young todler and the house has everything you need. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour! ☀️

Nice place, very spacious, equipped with necessary items. Bring washcloths. Lots of ants, which is common in the carribean islands, but there seemed to be more than usual throughout the apt and not centrally localized in one area. Animals roam the area, but they were no problem. Microwave does not work and washer is bit tricky to use. Bring an adapter for the plug, one is provided. Hot water was HOT, but is limited to about 10-15 min, only a problem if there is more than one person. Apartment itself is a little hard to find at first and to be honest its not very easy to explain how to find it, so you just have to follow the directions the best you can. Nice little store and pizzeria on site. Wonderful pool and right on the beach. Lots of seaweed, not sure if that's all the time or not. Close to supermarket, but you will need a car to explore island. Internet connection worked for most of our stay. Lawrence was always responsive. Parking was plentiful and complex was quiet

Aurelie était très rapide pour répondre à mes questions. Elle a pu me donner des instructions claires pour m’aider à trouver le logement. L’emplacement est selon moi, le meilleur de l’île pour y habiter. Plage magnifique accessible à quelques pas seulement, café et supermarché à moins de 2min en voiture. Logement propre et équipé pour nos besoins. Je recommande à 100%.

Le logement proposé par Aurélien était propre et très confortable. Sa localisation permet de se rendre à pied aussi bien à la plage qu'au centre ville. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent faire une petite escapade sur Marigot.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Nice place to stay. Was here for a week and enjoyed my time. I spent most of the time on the balcony. I appreciated that it stayed out of the direct sunlight. And most importantly had a good view of the ocean. I would stay again.

Le logement de Camille correspond exactement aux photos, hôte très flexible avec un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons adoré ce studio doté d’une magnifique vue, et notre seul regret est de ne avoir louer cet appartement plus tôt. Réservez les yeux fermés si vous souhaitez séjourner sur l’île tout en se sentant comme à la maison.

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!
