This apartment was completely redesigned in 2022 with quality furniture, memory foam mattress, art by friends and new TVs along with a set of art books for inspiration. I hear birds most of the day and we have a very private large backyard with large covered porch where you can enjoy the sunny (and the rainy) days. The Dell View Suite at the Wilsonville Equestrian Center (WEC) is a unique, spacious getaway in the countryside, less than 10 minutes from Interstate 5 (and dozens of shops and restaurants) and about 30 min from downtown Portland. Fully ADA compliant, the Suite is a self-contained wing of the main estate, great for family gatherings. It features 3 bedrooms, a large great room, 2 full baths and a kitchenette. This is not intended to be a party house as hosts live in attached main estate.
