Absolutely loved our weekend stay, the house was fantastic and had everything we needed. The location is reasonably private but still a close run to the shop if needed. Close to beautiful swimming beaches and easy access for fishing/diving off the rocky inlet below. We appreciated the use of the kayak. Would definitely recommend this house for an amazing get-away, thanks!

We stayed at a few different properties of bush to bay's over the 6 weeks we were working away and all properties were great for our team. Had everything they needed and great locations. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay here or any of their other properties.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway that feels like a little piece of heaven, look no further than this magical spot in Haurata. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery, cozy comforts, and the kind of warmth you only find in a true home away from home. Jane, our wonderful host, is hands down one of the kindest and most thoughtful people we've ever met. She went above and beyond to make our stay special — even leaving all the sheep out just so our daughter could enjoy playing with them. It was such a unique and joyful experience that our little one will never forget. The house itself is well-stocked with lots of board games and card games, perfect for quality family time when you're not out exploring the stunning surroundings. Every little detail has been thought through to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We truly miss Jane, and our little one especially miss their time with Sage. Cant wait to return♥️

We stayed here while attending a tangi in Waihau Bay, and we’re so grateful for the beautiful space and the kindness of the host. The home was spotless, warm, and had everything we needed during a difficult time. The host was incredibly understanding and accommodating, which meant a lot to us. We experienced no issues at all. beautiful modern home covered every basis with indoor movies/ games to keep kids entertained in the wet weather big spacious kitchen with every appliance needed. bathrooms were lovely and beds were comfortable. big back/front yard to hit the baseball or kick the soccer ball. very friendly neighbourhood- someone would always speak. will be back in the summer time
