Villa Host is est. 2025 by familly Vuletic. We put all our love and tourist expirience in our villa (we are hosts for more then 11 years), and we would like that all our guest fell like home. Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe. Outside space consist of large swimingpool with sunbeds, kids playgound (swing, toboggan and trampoline) covered summer kitchen with dinning table, lawn, and lott of trees

Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4

Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . Nalazi se u turističkom dijelu Makarske, sa vlastitim parkingom i pogledom na more.. Dovoljno je udaljen od buke i prometa, a dovoljno blizu potrebnim sadržajima. Najbliži restorani i marketi su na 5-10 min pješice, najljepše plaže 10 min, a centar 15-20 min ugodne šetnje uz more, kroz borovu šumu. Plaže su skrivene u malim uvalama , natkrivene velikim borovim stablima koje daju mir, privatnost i sjenu u vrućim ljetnim danima, .

Isolated property Villa EagleStone is located on and lonesome place and yet only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive to town Makarska with all amenities. The house comprises an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst the first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (each or them has its own bathroom). The outdoor area has a pool, outdoor solar shower, pergola and dining area, fireplace and has a perfect sea and mountain view. Welcome!

Preporuka je korištenje automobila za do grada, plaže,trgovine.Plaža : 1-1,5km, trgovina : 1,5km-2km, benzinska stanica: 400m, centar grada Makarske cca 3km. Moguće je pješice.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

Our apartment is enjoying a quiet location, just a few minutes walk from center of Makarska and the main beach.A supermarket, bakery and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk away from the apartment. We will gladly provide you with all useful information regarding your stay as well as pick you up from the bus station upon arrival. Parking&WIFI is available & FREE OF CHARGE .
