Bright apartment w/ sunny balcony in Vrsar

A lovely apartment on the first floor of the house. It has a living room with a sofa(bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the street and the old town of Vrsar. There is free parking in front of the house, free WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750m from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

This was a perfect place for our family of four. The house was super clean and very welcoming for us with a beautiful full sized kitchen. The area is very nice and quiet in March when we were there. We walked to the ocean and the grocery store they are quite close.

Das Haus ist wunderbar für 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene +3 Kinder unter 2Jahren) geeignet. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Es fehlt an nichts. Fragen und Anregungen wurden schnell bearbeitet. Eins der 3 Schlafzimmer kann nicht abgedunkelt werden, da fehlt an einem Fenster der Rolladen. Das ist auch schon das einzigste was ich bemängeln kann. Gerne wieder.

Alles wie beschrieben. Eigene, über ein paar Stufen erreichbare, Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Yachthafen. Kristina und Mauro waren sehr zuvorkommend. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Zum Schluß gab es noch ein kleines Geschenk. Nice! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

L'alloggio è situato nel centro dell'antico borgo e si presenta molto accogliente e pulito, in un contesto veramente tranquillo. Il tragitto dall'abitazione al porto e alle limitrofe spiagge è percorribile a piedi, anche se il tratto in salita, compiuto sotto al sole cocente è risultato essere un po' faticoso. La proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile e gentile; nel complesso è stata un'esperienza positiva, che consigliamo.

Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Kostenloses parken auf dem Parkplatz am Hafen hat problemlos geklappt.
