The villa has a huge swimming pool of 36sqm, a jacuzzi for 5, and above everything there is a glass dome that heats the water and air above the water, protects from rain and wind, and also protects from UV rays. The pool water is heated by a heat pump. You don't have to worry about bad weather, the water temperature is pleasant for swimming in winter as well as the air around the pool. You have a sauna and a fireplace. Note: young groups from 15 to 30 years old are not allowed to stay.

House Lapis is located on the ground floor and impresses with its modern furniture, large garden and lots of privacy. The fully equipped kitchen with the associated living/dining room is open and bright. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom and guest toilet. All rooms are fully air conditioned. From the living room you look at a large garden with a summer kitchen, swimming pool and a children playground. There are no direct neighbors so you can enjoy complete privacy.
