Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

We loved our stay at Villa Bella. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of room for us all; we really felt at home. It was beautifully decorated with everything you may need for your stay; lots of extra touches too which we really appreciated. The pool is stunning; well maintained and was enjoyed very much by the whole family, with lots of spare towels and places to sit outside in the shade or the sunshine. The villa is a short walk to the village centre with some lovely places to eat. We also found some great beaches within walking distance. Ines was a fantastic host who took great care to make sure we had everything we needed and was always on hand to answer any questions. We really loved Villa Bella! Thank you 💙

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has an sweeping view over the entire harbor of Sumartin and to Hvar from a comfortable terrace. It is nicely located with a short walk to beaches and restaurants in the harbor. Stjepana is a wonderful host, she went out of her way to provide great recommendations for restaurants and sights on the island that I would not have found on my own and really enhanced the visit. A great stay!

This place is amazing…..it is just like the pictures and better. The house is lovely and has everything you need. Ivan left us a lovely welcome pack and plenty of the essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, oil, salt, pepper etc. The jewel in the crown for this property is the pool and the view - absolutely amazing. The village is a short (if steep) walk away - about 15 minutes where there are a few restaurants and bars and a bit further on a lovely bathing area.

A scenic view is framed by an open window, showcasing gently sloping greenery. Two lounge chairs are visible on a balcony, inviting relaxation. The architecture reflects clean lines and a contemporary aesthetic, providing a peaceful outdoor space.

We as a family with three children enjoyed staying at Sladana's place very much. The two kitchens are very well equipped and nothing was missing in the other rooms. Particularly beautiful is the large terrace upstairs. Up there, a large awning that provides shade would still be helpful and maybe a small table to be able to leave drinks. Otherwise everything was great. The location is nice and quiet and not as crowded with tourists as other places in Croatia. Beautiful beaches nearby.
