We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was a great bonus, offering a lovely area to relax and enjoy the scenery. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway .

We stayed at the place for 6 days. It is a detached bungalow opposite the house of the owners. The bungalow was very clean and matched the pictures. Air conditioning is available. There is also an outdoor shower and a hammock outside, which we were allowed to use. In general, the owners were very friendly with us! They brought us treats almost daily (fresh melon, pickled cherries, figs, as well as cooked tomato sauce). On the day of arrival, we received a bottle of homemade schnapps in addition to cookies. The sea is about 2 minutes' walk away and simply beautiful there! We were completely satisfied and would definitely come back! Thanks for a great stay! 🫶🏽

the house was just as it is presented in the listing and it had everything a group of 6 people could need. the distance to the sea was also fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful villa, 50m from a small beach. We loved the garden and the terrace which we could enjoy even though it was the week before Easter and not always sunny. The village and the bay are secluded enough to feel very private but there are nice little towns (especially Nin) and great restaurants within 10-15min driving distance. We can only recommend this place to any family.

Staying at Branka's place is like visiting your grandmother on vacation. The house has just such an energy of peace. I would be happy to stay longer. The location is not suitable for those who want to party, it is a quiet place, for everyone who wants peace.

I was with my friends for two weeks in the accommodation on vacation and we had a very nice stay. You are very well connected to the sea and can reach Zadar in 30 minutes by car. There aren't many tourists, which makes the place very quiet. The people who were there were all very friendly and open. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation :)

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

What an incredible place. Exactly matched the brilliantly written description. Stunning scenery, amazing salt water pool, clean, peaceful with magical sunsets. A slice of paradise. Ramo & Carolin are the perfect host, kind caring and considerate. 100% recommend.

We had a very lovely stay here. The house is situated in a quiet location, with lots of privacy. Garden with pool was wonderful to relax in. Zvonko was very friendly and helpful. Truly recommended!

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

We had a great stay at Teas place. The house is like described on the pictures. Very tidy and clean. Huge Ground and house, Tea is always available when you have any question. The distance to Zadar is only available with car or Uber but Uber is not as expensive (10-15€ per ride). The pool is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

The house was perfect and the communication was also great, Lorka answered questions very quickly. We would come back anytime:)

Beautiful! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time here. We would definitely come again, maybe when it's warmer, so we can use the pool more often, as the water was too cold for us. Overall, there is everything you need in the accommodation, you feel at home ☺️

We had a really nice 14 days at Villa Eleni. No one can do anything for the weather, so it was all the better that the house was so excellent. There's really nothing missing! The owner Marija was very friendly and brought us homemade treats a few times. She would always have been available if we had a concern. Since it was no longer a high season, it was also very quiet all around the house. The direct beach section was also hardly visited. I can imagine it's a little full in the main season. The view directly on the lake and the beautiful sunsets were one of the highlights. We would definitely come again!

everything impeccable. The house is as described, with all the comforts of the case. The location is a great location to get to the beautiful beaches nearby. Very comfortable house to accommodate even 4-legged friends. Nice country with some places to make aperitifs and expenses of all kinds of food. The hosts are very kind and considerate, thanks to Drago and Pauline and Ivana for the immediate availability of the questions we asked. i recommend it in an absolutely positive way.

Very nice stay had parents and 3 teenagers (21 - 22 and 18 years). Good base for various activities. House nicely decorated and fully equipped. Host really friendly and helpful.
