Distance from center is 300 meters, and from the first beach 900 meters. There is a supermarket 300 meters from the apartment.

Ferencz is a very nice and eager host. We got good tips for the area from him and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The views from the roof terrace are sensational! In the apartment you have to improvise a bit, but the value for money is very good. In a few minutes you can also reach the best restaurant on foot, which we were allowed to visit across Croatia in 3 weeks and that Ferencz recommended to us - ask for it ;)

We had a very nice stay in Punat. As a welcome gift, there was homemade honey and medicine :-) We felt very comfortable. The very nice landlord couple lives right next door and is always responsive. Privacy goes down a bit, but we were mainly on the beautiful island so everything was great and pleasant. Thank you for the great time.

We were very satisfied with the place. It is small but nice and completely sufficient for two people. It is particularly clean and superbly equipped. You'll want for nothing! The location is also very good, you are within walking distance of some restaurants, the beach or the supermarket. Smiljka is a very kind and helpful hostess. We would come back anytime 😊

Thank you for the beautiful, clean and fully equipped accommodation with Helena. We did not miss anything. The living room with kitchen and terrace were very spacious, larger than in the photos.
