Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Općina Pakoštane

we had theost wonderful holiday at this gorgeous home. We needed to rent a car but we felt the holiday home was right in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit so only a short car journey away(20mins). The bonus was how peaceful and safe the area was. The accommodation was perfect. The pool was the best pool we've ever had, very well kept and it was only us using it so was perfect for our children. Our children loved the swing in the garden. The hosts were kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis et avec nos enfants dans ce logement. L’endroit est spacieux, confortable, très bien équipé, avec une belle piscine et jeux pour enfants 😍. L’hôte a été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée, toujours disponible pour nous conseiller et nous aider à organiser notre séjour. Nous avons été ravis de cette expérience et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Andrijana und Mario sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Mit Abstand die freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgeber, die ich je erlebt habe. Andrijana war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns mit Tipps versorgt und mehrfach nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und alles in Ordnung ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Die Sauberkeit war 1A, die Ausstattung super. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Paare, Familien und Freunde. Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. 10 Minuten bis zur Bäckerei und Supermarkt. Was nicht ganz klar war ist, dass das zweite Badezimmer nicht im Haupthaus ist, sondern außerhalb neben dem Pool. Dies war aber überhaupt kein Problem, sondern eher super, wenn man den Tag am Pool verbringt.

wat een fantastisch huisje met alles er op en er aan. we konden gebruik maken van het sup board, spelletjes, elektrische bbq etc. etc. En na dertig meter lopen sta je op het strand. (PRIVÉ strand wel te verstaan). Vissen, zwemmen, snorkelen. Wat een fijne locatie. Bernd, es war großartig!

Razem z rodziną spędziliśmy bardzo miłe chwile w Biograd na Moru. Apartament Marko jest bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne, miejsce na tarasie jest przytulne . Wlasciciel jest miły i komunikatywny. Okolica jest spokojna, spacerem można dojść do morza i plaży, na której można znaleźć wiele atrakcji.

Мы провели с семьей в доме 4 дня. Все очень понравилось. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. Все чисто, уютно! Самое лучшее это вид на море из каждого окна, а так же своя приватная территория с выходом к морю. Заселение прошло отлично. Хозяин нас встретил, показал, где можно припарковать машину и проводил до дома. От парковки до дома 1 минута. Очень удобно. Одним словом я рекомендую этот вариант размещения!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer (2min zu Fuß) von da kann man eine kleine Promenade zum Hafen entlang gehen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Woche in Pakoštane. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber :)

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fühlen uns immernoch erholt. Als wir ankamen, waren bereits gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank, so dass wir uns gleich erfrischen konnten. Das Appartment ist schön, sauber und modern. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist am richtigen Platz. Es ist nahe zum Strand gelegen, wenige Schritte zu Fuß - wie in der Beschreibung. Vlatka war bei Fragen gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Sachen für den Strand (Stühle, Hängematte, SUP) zur Verfügung gestellt.

Very nice apartment in a lovely little city of Pakostane. Luca is outstanding host! We would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Pakostane.

wir waren 16 Tage in dem Apartment, Sandra und Daniel sind sehr liebenswerte Menschen die man wegen jeden Grund ansprechen konnte, das Apartment war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet sehr gut gelegen am Yachthafen, einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar sehr kurze Wege, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gerne kommen vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft Grüße Christian

Razem z rodziną wynajęliśmy mieszkanie Lei na ponad tygodniowy pobyt w Pakoštane. To miejsce przeszło nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania. Lea jest przemiłym gospodarzem, i komunikatywnym ,bardzo szybko odpowiadała na nasze wiadomości z pytaniami, w mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet więcej niż się spodziewaliśmy, jak we własnym domu. I przede wszystkim bardzo czysto i świeżo🤗🤗 Blisko do plaży (do 5 min piechotą) przepiękny widok z balkonu na morze i pobliskie wyspy. Codziennie śniadanie na balkonie 😎 Parking przy samym wejściu do bloku. Dziękujemy Lea za możliwość pobytu w Twoim mieszkaniu 😘😘 Polecamy tego gospodarza oraz jej rodzinę każdemu kto szuka noclegu w Pakoštane , nam było bardzo miło ich poznać 🥰 mamy nadzieję do zobaczenia jeszcze ……..

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Ideal für Urlaub mit Hund da die großzügige Terrasse komplett geschlossen ist. Auch am Strand sind Hunde willkommen. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Bojana ist eine ganz sympathische Gastgeberin, die sofort auf meine Nachfichten reagiert hat und geholfen. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage, bis zum ruhigen und schönen Strand von Betina sind nur ein paar Minuten Gehweg. Außerdem findet man vor Ort alles, was man benötigt: Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bäcker, Apotheke. Der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet genügend Platz für zwei oder drei Personen. Eine schöne Terrasse gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Wir danken Bojana herzlich für den tollen Empfang.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und bot einen traumhaften Ausblick von der Terrasse. Der Host war äußerst freundlich und stets über Airbnb erreichbar. Besonders toll fand ich, dass sogar zwei Fahrräder und ein Paddelboot zur Verfügung standen – eine wirklich nette Geste. Absolute Empfehlung!

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

We had such a great stay. Domagoj’s brother met us as we arrived and showed us everything even driving with us to find petrol and a parking spot. Everything is in walking distance. We were attending a music festival in Tisno and hired a car. Great decision as we got to enjoy the beaches around the apartment and close enough to the festival. Apartment worked well for three ladies sharing. Great communication and advice for the area. We even did a private boat tour with Domagoj’s brother which was great fun. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Sehr angenehme und saubere Unterkunft mit netter kleiner Terasse und Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage waren die Nächte sehr angenehmm. Tolle Lage, in ein ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer und bei Restaurantes. Ivanka und ihr Mann sind ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

You can’t beat the view from the balcony. Perfect place. Everything is close by. Hosts are really nice. Vegetarian people need to do some search in the area for food. Basic stuff still available everywhere.
