After spending 10 great days in Goran’s place i can easily say that this place is one of my favorites for sure. Guests should clearly distinguish what do they expect from their holiday. If you want silence, isolation, privacy this is absolutely a good choice. House itself is self sufficient to entertain you, had the swimming pool and a great green land you can enjoy with your kids. House is located in a village of 5-6 total households and there is a good distance in between them. There is a great and long state road for road biking for example which can go as long as you want, if you want hills it is 30-40 km s away. There were also pretty good hiking routes around the house which we did some simple ones with my kids. Keep in mind that house is located very close (~150 m) to a not so busy railroad. 8-10 trains were passing on a busy day. Grocery and other shopping facilities are ~20 kms away from he house, you definitely need a car. I should mention how tasty was the food even when you buy it from the supermarket, benefits of the rural villages i guess. I should also mention that house is well equipped, everything was functional in the house. Wifi worked great for first 2-3 days then was not so great but still was ok. Driving to the beaches is no problem starting from 30 mins drive you can have good options. We only went once, because of the pandemic we didnt want to go to crowded places. So all in all; very good for families with kids wants to stay a little far from the crowd, we will definitely visit this place again.

Treehouse Lika 2 was a wonderful experience despite the fact that it poured most of the time we were there. The hot tub and wood stove made us extremely cozy and we took a much needed rest day. The place was a little older than I expected from the pics but all was clean and we had everything we needed (wood for the stove chopped to the right size, kitchen utensils, etc). There is not a lot in the immediate neighborhood but you can get to the Nikola Tesla Memorial and caves quickly. We had planned to go to Paklenica National Park but were rained out (it’s only about 45 minutes). (By the way, I highly recommend a visit to Paklenica if you like hiking.) Zoran’s place, though, is a perfect spot to just go to get away.

Great place for 6 people going on holiday! We came to Maria's house by car and the communications for getting in were easy and smooth. The place is comfortable and beautiful, the kitchen has everything that could be possibly necessary (there are 2 kitchens, to be clear, and a giant bbq, plus a restaurant fridge added to a classic one). There are 2 air conditioners, perfectly dimensioned for the space, 2 bathrooms with a shower each, 2 bedrooms and a lot of space to eat and enjoy your stay. Great experience

This was one of the best stays of our trip. This was authentic Croatia, with the nicest family! They were so accommodating and made us a yummy homemade breakfast in the morning. Easy to find and not far from Plitvice national park, so I nice stop on our way to our next location. We would definitely stay here again!
