This is two bedroom apartment with small kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in other bedroom. In front of the apartment is a terace with beautiful seaview. If you are early riser and want to prepare fish that fishermans are bringing every morning when trawlers are back in the harbour, there is a fireplace in the garden on your disposal. Nearest beach is only 150 meters from the apartment and you can feel free to just put on your swimsuit and flip flops, and go for a swim. On the island there are plenty public and hidden, natural flagstone and sandy beaches. If you enjoy walking or riding a bike there is a path along the island. You can have boat daytrip to beautiful national park Kornati that consist of 89 islands,islets and cliffs. You can reach Pasman island with ferry boat from early in the morning until midnight from town of Zadar or from town of Biograd.

House Jardin is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you will be alone and have privacy on this large property, and house Jardin, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and pool house only for yourself. Property is first row to the sea in Ždrelašćica bay close to the bridge that connectes Island of Ugljan and Pašman. Old town of Zadar is very easy to visit, 20 minutes with passenger ferry boat from Preko. To come to Preko you need 10 min with car or 15 with local bus.

This year we are once again offering our large family house on the island of Pašman. It is ideal for larger groups or families who want a house in a quiet location right on the beach. The house offers everything a classic holiday home needs. Most rooms have been newly renovated or refurbished. To get to the island, you need to take a ferry, which runs almost hourly between 5 am to 1 am.
