The distance to the first beach Plomin luka is 6km, the tourist town of Rabac 17km and leatle peace of paradise Brseč beach is just 16km away.

Stone house is located in the small village of Čepić. Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car. 15 minutes from city Labin by car. 3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace. Swimming pool is not shared with others. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive.

Welcome to our charming apartment! We offer a total of six units, which are allocated based on availability. Two of these apartments are on the ground floor and have a terrace. The four other apartments are on the upper floor and have a balcony. The sea view varies slightly depending on the apartment, as you can see in the pictures. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Relax in this cozy and luxuriously decorated place to stay. There are 4 rooms with 4 bathrooms, each room is air-conditioned, a large living room with kitchen and toilet. The kitchen is modern and has all the appliances. We are in Krsan, a small town near Labin. In the village, 500 meters away, you have a shop, a cafe bar, a restaurant. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price. The pool has no heating.

Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION: Our house is situated in small VILLAGE in central Istria. We are not in a city or by seaside. Here is no public transport, so it is not suitable for people without a car. Supermarket (working time: 7 - 21h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need.

Brand new apartment, first row to the sea in the small fishing village of Plomin Luka. It is located on the first floor. It consists: kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace with an stunning sea view. The apartment has its own parking space located next to the entrance of the building. The first beach, popularly called Copacabana, is only 200 m away.
