Cosy Seafront Loft, Wonderful View

This is a comfortable L-shaped studio apartment, situated in a house facing the waterfront, in the historical town of Bakar. There is a living room with a kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The loft is on the fourth floor of an old stone house. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the boats and the old houses on the hill built closely to one another in traditional Mediterranean style. If you want to know real Croatia and you don't like the tourist crowds, Bakar is the right destination for you. From here you can make trips and get to know the Northern Adriatic Area and its natural and cultural attractions (the Islands of Krk and Cres, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Risnjak and Northern Velebit National Parks, the Istrian Peninsula, some amazing towns like Opatija, Pula, Rijeka, Rovinj. The town itself has everything you need – restaurants, cafes and grocery stores, a post office and a pharmacy. If you want to go swimming the nearest pebbly and rocky beaches are about 3 km away easily reachable by bus or a bike. The bus stop is just next to the house. There are plenty of other beaches within 10-15 km. However, staying in Bakar is meant for those people who are NOT primarily interested in sunbathing but rather in sightseeing, hiking, cycling, peace and quiet and relaxing atmosphere of a small town. In the apartment you've got a cable TV, Wifi, a washing machine and it is air conditioned. A free parking lot is about 200 m from the house. The car ride finishes by the mountain hut in Zavižan, 1594 m a.s.l., from where different peaks can be reached, all above 1600 m a.s.l. or you can choose to walk a part of the marvelous Premužićeva Trail, stretching all the way south for about 60 km. Newly built, 4star high-end equipped interior with a sea view. The apartment is located on in a city square of the old town.Historical sights are all located in the vicinity. A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

Distance between the house and the nearest beach is 10 min ( by foot ). Children under 5 years are free of charge.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.

Quiet apartment in an old Mediterranean house

Newly refurbished apartment in a 150 year old stone Mediterranean house,it is my own apartment that i rent during the summer because i am not at home, it in the municipality of Kostrena (10 km to Rijeka, 20km to Island Krk,30km to Opatija) 3 km to the nearest beach. Nothing fancy but cozy and with a soul. Near an industrial area but very quiet and secluded.
