Everything you need is available. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with lots of privacy. The tranquility and space in this cute cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away!

With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

As can be seen in the photos, there is a shed behind the house. This will not bother you, there is little to no movement and certainly not at night.

If you need privacy, peace, space, off grid, nature in comfort, then our Float is exactly what you need. You will have the island to yourself. In the middle of nature. You can fish, swim, paddle, sail, or just do nothing at all. Waking up in our sustainably built sailing tiny house is a blessing for everyone, after which you can handle the hectic pace of everyday life.

For day trips, you can be in Leeuwarden, Groningen or on Schiermonnikoog or Ameland within an hour. Have you ever been to the beautiful Dokkum? It is only 12 km away. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms.
