Lyts Kastieltsje, a quiet cottage in an orchard

Lyts Kastieltsje is one of our 2 properties. The other is the peaceful East Punsmiert chalet. Both are a short walk from the Waddenzee, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the largest tidal area on Earth. The cottage was once part of the cooling barn for the old fruit farm. It is surrounded by over a hectare of gardens, orchards and meadow which provide a home for our three sheep, bees and many species of birds. The orchards contain plum, quince, medlar and different varieties of apple and pear trees.

Onze Konga float heeft een vaste ligplaats aan ons prive eiland, gelegen in het meer de Morra in Zuid West Friesland. Heb je behoefte aan privacy, rust, ruimte, off grid, natuur in alle comfort, dan is onze Float exact wat je nodig hebt. Je hebt het eiland voor jezelf. Midden in de natuur. Je kunt vissen, zwemmen, suppen, zeilen, of gewoon even helemaal niks. Farmhouse Okkingastate

Get away from it all? This is possible on our 200-year-old farm close to the Wadden Coast (Unesco World Heritage) and the cities of Leeuwarden, Harlingen and Franeker. The Voorhuis of the farm has been converted into a spacious guesthouse overlooking the garden, meadows. We have an organic dairy farm and work with nature as much as possible. Everything is within easy reach from this centrally located space. This spacious, detached upstairs apartment has a sheltered roof terrace and a living room with lots of windows that offer views of the famous Oldehove and the green, water-rich Prinsentuin. The spacious kitchen has all the facilities to prepare a delicious meal. The house has 3 bedrooms, a crib and high chair, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. A free parking space outside and a separate indoor garage to be booked.

Also in the large garden (with private parking) it is wonderful to stay in good weather. Base for the Wadden Islands, Harlingen, Leeuwarden and the Frisian lakes.

Floral chalet

The Flower Chalet is located in one of the quietest spots of Recreatiepark De Friese Wadden with beautiful views over the countryside. Around the cottage are several terraces, so you can always sit in the sun and/or out of the wind ( here on the coast it usually blows). Guests of the recreation park can use the swimming pool, the large playground or a tennis court. Unesco World Heritage The Wadden Sea is only 2 km away. I hope you feel completely at home!

De Waard van Hidaard

On the Hidaard mound, you stay in the stylish front house of our old farmhouse, with its own entrance and facilities. Our house features a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms. If you book for 2 people, you will get the lower floor, i.e. the kitchen and 1 bedroom. If you want to use 2 bedrooms, you must book for at least 3 people. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, panoramic views, and the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove.
