Boven zitgelegenheid en bedden. Eigen douche, toilet, koelkast, kookgelegenheid met oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker. Met WiFi, tv en in de zomer een air-cooler. Heerlijk zacht water door de waterontharder. Thee en koffie aanwezig, deze mogen gratis genuttigd worden. Op loopafstand diverse winkels, restaurants, supermarkt en bakker.
