In each of its two independent rooms, we offer you the possibility of spending a few days as a couple or with the family in the middle of nature and enjoying the pleasure of discovering yourselves between routes, silence, readings, activities, rest, sports... you decide. Choose between its two studios (yellow or turquoise), which you can rent together or separately.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Spectacular views and tranquility. Beautiful traditional country house, renovated with all the amenities and overlooking the Valle de la Murta Natural Park. The 2-hectare orange grove estate climbs through terraces to the mountain pine forest, and features a huge whitewashed private pool. The house is a haven of peace with the best temperatures throughout the year, with beautiful sunsets and just a 5-minute drive to the village's amenities, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Valencia.

In front of the studio are the old schools built in 1930, which house the municipal library and the museum of singer Nino Bravo and in front of you find the splendid Paseo del Ensanche. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

This charming, detached cottage was created in the courtyard of Finca Portitxol and is completely separate from it. Here, every season has its pluses and due to the extremely comfortable interior, this "casita" is perfect for a stay at any time of the year, not least during those wonderful spring and autumn months. At the private swimming pool with sun terraces all around and on the covered lounge terrace with large day bed you can enjoy an intimate oasis of peace.

We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, arruis, partridges and more wild animals.
