This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Spacious private-entry guest suite converted from the home’s master bedroom. Fully separate from the main house with keypad access, private attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, large TV, mini fridge, microwave, and seating area. Sleeps up to 3 with a king-size bed and optional full bed. Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. I live on-site, respect your privacy, and am always available if needed.

Air mattresses with bedding provided by request, with 3 or more paid guests.

Welcome to our little casita! With a private side entrance, the space has an open living and sleeping area with a queen bed. The kitchen has granite counters, a microwave and a two-burner stove. It's not huge, but it's clean and the location is great -- walking distance to the Claremont Village and the 5 Claremont Colleges. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our casita. The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
