Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

La estancia ha sido fantastica fantástica. La casa es muy bonita y fresca, situada en una zona muy tranquila aunque en el centro del pueblo. Es grande y está todo muy limpio, con distintos patios interiores para pasar un rato agradable charlando con el resto de hospedados. La casera ha estado muy atenta a cualquier cuestión y siempre de manera muy amable. Un encanto. Muy satisfecho con la experiencia, tanto en el pueblo como con la vivienda como con la casera, lo que hace que intentemos repetir en el futuro.

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

We hebben volop genoten van Biar, de omgeving laat toe veel mooie wandelingen te maken. Op wandelafstand heb je goede restaurants. Het huis zelf is goed bemeubeld, heel kwaliteitsvolle bedden. Dit alles in een zeer rustige, authentieke omgeving.

Whenever we needed Maria she answered quickly and helped us. She was flexible with check in too. The hause was really tidy and beautiful. From the terrace is a very nice view on the mountains and sun rises. With my friend we lived there for a month and had every need covered.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
