It has a well-equipped kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, Android TV, refrigerator, kitchen with oven, gas stove, fan, spar, water heater, sheets and towels; outside there is a barbecue, armchair, chairs and table, Paraguayan hammocks and covered garage. Our house is a historic mansion located 2 blocks from the covered street, in a central and quiet area. The depto is restored to new with everything you need for your stay. With double glass in the openings in each room. Air conditioning and heaters in each place. The spaces are super large and comfortable, it has balconies in each room and a grill area with a small patio on the same private floor of the apartment. Small pets are welcome 🐶
