This quiet and private 1 Bedroom unit is a part of villa.but independent with its own separate entrance. consist of a bedroom ,a modern bathroom,a big livingroom & a balcony(kitchnette,there are oven,microwave,electric coker,rice cooker,induction cooker).The villa is located in the peaceful leafy garden of 5000 m2 lifestyle/farmland blocks, away from hassle of the busy towns, but only 5 min to Botany shopping centre. 19 km away from the airport. You live in the farm but just feel in city.
