Beautiful Refurbished Flat 2 En-suites and Swimming Pool in the Building

Perfect location, especially for Carnival! In addition to just crossing the street and you're already at the sea, this newly renovated apartment has 2 en-suites and a beautiful living room, all with air-conditioning (there are three) The location is perfect, with restaurants nearby and next to the Rio Vermelho and Barra neighborhoods, also traditional in the city. Because it is a Flat, every day (except on Sundays), maids do the cleaning and make it even more enjoyable. The building also has a swimming pool.

Apt simples, despretensioso, amplo, e ventilado, com vista para o mar da Baía de Todos os Santos e para as árvores do Corredor da Vitória. 1 suíte c/ banheira + 2 quartos com ar-condicionado. Há ainda 1 banheiro e 1 lavabo. Fica a 15 min a pé até a praia do Porto da Barra e ao Campo Grande e 20 min até o Farol da Barra. Tem rede na sala, cozinha com o básico, máquina de lavar roupa e vaga na garagem. O apto é simples e aos poucos estamos melhorando para poder receber melhor nossos convidados!

My experience on this Airbnb was simply extraordinary! Since my arrival, I was delighted with the attention to detail — the space is cozy, beautiful and with a very well executed Bahian theme, which conveys the soul and culture of Bahia in every corner. What surprised me the most were the windows: true works of art! Opening each one was like opening a living picture of Bahia de Todos os Santos. The view is breathtaking and makes us feel part of the landscape itself. It is a unique sensory experience that perfectly matches the place's proposal. The atmosphere combines comfort, charm and sophistication. Ideal for those who want to travel in style, without giving up authenticity and well-being. A true gem for those who want to experience Bahia intensely, comfortably and unforgettably. I recommend with my eyes closed!

We had a great time at Hugo's apartment, which is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view. Hugo is very responsive and advised us on some nice places. The building is secure and a short walk to the beach. We recommend it!

Amazing place. We enjoyed the sunsets from the deck as well as multiple restaurants/cafes in the neighborhood, especially Padoca do Carmo and Cade Q'Chama.

The apartment was great for me, in addition to the good, clean and functional space.

Great location, with a store located in the condominium itself (without the need for transportation and without disturbing privacy), the view from the apartment is undoubtedly a spectacle, it has everything that is informed in the listing providing what is necessary for an excellent stay. We certainly recommend and will come back. Safe, clean place, I felt at home!

You know that little corner you go into, look and say: - Wow, I'd live very well here! This is how you'll feel when you're at Pier223. Everything is thought out in detail and care, with bed, table and bath linens embroidered in detail. If that were not enough, you have the opportunity to have an incredible view of the Ondina Waterfront. The attention given by Rafaele Vanessa is a special detail, the willingness to respond to you when necessary and provide guidance in a timely manner. Oh, you want a convenience, there's an express laundry at the entrance of the building. As my grandmother would say: Let me tell you something: If you were looking for a place in Salvador, you just found it.
