The apartment has been awarded for its decoration and great use of space by several prestigious national and international decoration magazines. With its spacious design, comfortable beds, and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in downtown San Sebastián is ideal for families, professionals, and couples looking for a relaxed base to explore and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a large living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. A high chair and crib for babies are available. A car is not necessary, unless you are interested in taking excursions around the area (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). There is 24-hour public parking 1 minute away at the driver's expense.
