Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Ashland (3 miles) and I-64 (5 miles). This is a full size newly remodeled basement with it's own outside entrance. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, firepit, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.

The apartment was absolutely pristine and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

An absolute gem of a home! Such a beautiful place to stay both inside and out. Very private and the river in the backyard while you sit next to the fire is a great feeling. Brennan was a fantastic host and I would certainly stay here again!

Our stay was peacefull. The neighbors were friendly. It was nice to have the bonus game floor to keep the younger ones busy. The beds were comfortable and bedding soft. Matthew continued to check in to see if our stay was going well, and if we needed anything. He answered all my questions quickly. I couldn't have asked for better accommodation. I definitely look forward to booking again in the near furture. Thank you Matthew
