Imelda is a super friendly and amenable host, we arrived quite late but Imelda was absolutely great about it and was able to give us helpful advice on where to eat prior to arriving. Would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay again if ever in this part of the world again.

Clifden Farmhouse - Room only (1)

If I could give 100 stars I would. Mary is the sweetest woman I have ever met and her bnb is just as lovely. The rooms are fantastic; clean, bathroom en suite, and tea/coffee. The breakfast she provides was easily my favorite thing about the farmhouse, other than the cheerful company😁. Mary is a wonderful local guide and we loved hearing about her childhood in Ireland. If you get the opportunity to stay here, you should consider yourself very lucky. Thank you Mary!

Rowan Beg Retreat

Great location with fantastic views. Spring birdsong in the morning including a cuckoo was lovely to wake to. We also had a close-up visit from a hare on one morning. The nearby beaches are a must visit, with the mountain backdrop adding to the scene. The accommodation was very comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom made all the difference.

Catherine went all out to make sure I had a great stay, everything from recommending sights, offering a cup of tea after a long day's walk, to lighting a fire in the guest living room so I could relax by the fire. A great stay.

Clifdenbaylodge B&B sky road

Very good location of the B&B with a beautiful ocean view. The room was very nice. The hearty Irish breakfasts we had in a small veranda were very enjoyable. Frédérique gives very good tips for visits/restaurants. 5-7 minute drive to Clifden and very convenient for a stay in Conemara. Frédérique also speaks French :). Great
