Beachfront vacation rentals in Oman

Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

Superb house very spacious. Only the condition of the kitchen is to be deplored. I would recommend it.

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

We enjoyed a wonderful month in Heidero's apartment!!! Highly recommended. Heiderose is the best host ever and has been incredibly busy when there was a problem with the water pump of the neighboring house that disliked unpleasant noises. She fixed the problem within a very short time, although it didn't actually have anything to do with her house. Also Rashad, the caretaker, is an incredibly helpful person and takes great care of everything. The terrace is amazing, also the small forecourt and through Heiderose tips we also met many people from the village and bought fresh fish from the fishermen on the beach in the evening. We will be back - inshallah!!!

One word to describe the apartment- Fun! Perfect for a group trip, incredible views from the bedrooms, the funky layout and terrace area made it all the more charming. Bathrooms and bedding were all pristine and well-stocked. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. Chris was super responsive and connected us with a wonderful tour guide for a day trip all around the east coast of Oman. Our first time visiting Sifah and we’ll definitely be returning. The location was stunning, with so many restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Super helpful to have a convenience store opposite the building as well. A 10/10 stay, really well thought-out property, with tons of fun character.

From the get go, Mohamed was responsive towards my queries. Check in was smooth and streamlined. Clear instructions given out. Even recommended places to go and eat! Didnt have a hairdryer at the start and when i asked him, he sent over his brother to send the hair dryer over when his brother was an hour’s journey away. Appreciate Mohamad and his brother for going the extra mile to provide excellent service! His home and surroundings were one of the most beautiful and peaceful i’ve ever stayed in. Area was still in development, however, there were still places to explore for food, leisure and activities! Recommend to stay at Mohamad’s if you’re ever in Oman and need a relaxing place to stay!

Nice and clean villa to spend out time with family or friends. I like the outdoor space of the villa since it has everything required for a family trip e.g. outdoor sitting, pool, play area for kids. BBQ grill etc. the kitchen was also well equipped with all the essentials. Location is also good with beach just couple of mins walk away only. Overall the place is highly recommended to stay when in Ashkarah.

Villa was beachfront and so calming. Enjoyed the plunge pool.

The house is located directly across the road from the beach with 3 restaurants on the same road. There is public parking on the main road. The rooms were large and bright. There was no outdoor space/garden but that didn’t matter as there’s a large balcony on the top floor and a smaller one on the second. Sulaiman was very kind, gracious and helpful.

Newly built apartment, very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, including a washing machine. Excellent air conditioning in every room. Balcony opposite the beach with fantastic views of the sea. Free parking is available at the front door. Elevator available. We recommend a rental car, as numerous excursion destinations can be reached from Taqah. Salalah is easily accessible in about 35 minutes by car via a well-developed expressway. We are not aware of a bus connection. In Taqah itself, however, you can get everything you need for everyday life.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Salalah. The space was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and made our mornings extra special. We also appreciated the little extras like the board games – a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and we had complete privacy throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay in Salalah!

Essa goes above and beyond to help you, plus the apartment is huge and is on a GREAT location (very walkable). Essa is super kind, friendly and has a lot of recommendations for places (He has been the best host I ever been in contact with).

Mohammed is a fantastic host - he shared the tips and instructions about the area, thoughfully arranged things to entertain my kids, and was always just a message away. When we had to slightly change our trip plans, Mohammed immediately accommodated us. His hospitality, the villa itself, and the surrounding area with majestic sunrises and sunsets left a deep imprint on us. Many thanks, and we hope to visit the area and Sur again.

A good budget friendly spot for couples. Some additional touches can make the space better such as providing an electric kettle, iron (even if without a board), complimentary toiletries/water even if not such a big deal, bigger dustbin for the kitchen, tissues, etc. Overall, the stay was pleasant and Osama is easily reachable and responsive.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The place looked exactly like the photos, and the host, Marwa, was exceptionally proactive and easy to reach. She was always available and even arranged transport for us when we had trouble entering Oman, which was a huge help. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook comfortably during our stay. While we couldn’t use the outdoor grill or enjoy the balcony due to the peak summer heat, I can imagine how perfect it would be in the cooler months, especially with the beautiful surroundings and the nearby sea. A special mention goes to the amazing massage chairs — we used them every day and absolutely loved them! Thank you, Marwa, for making our stay so comfortable and cozy. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others and hope to return for a winter stay to enjoy it even more.
