Sun Trap Apartment, Snells Beach

Your own private self-contained 2 bedroom apartment with own entry access, parking and large deck area with fabulous views across the bay to Kawau Island. It is on the lower level of our home but fully independent from the main house and we are mindful and considerate of your presence. The space is open plan with a lounge, kitchenette and dining, seperate bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one single and one queen. There is one induction cooktop, a microwave, toaster, jug and teas and coffee.

Overlooking the estuary and Bream Bay, this young holiday home in Waipu is elevated just above Cove Road, the main road between Waipu town and Waipu Cove. Beautiful ocean views from the main room and all three bedrooms. Please note that our parking platform is best for 2 cars only. Welcome to The Beach House at Matheson Bay. More than a bach, The Beach House is a spacious, architecturally designed home, nestled amongst trees with expansive views over beautiful Matheson Bay and the sea and hills beyond. Enjoy the sounds of the waves in the bay, the birdlife and the wonderful sunsets. The house is private and peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind and also a great base from which to explore all that this special region has to offer.
