By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The reservoir can be reached on foot in 10 minutes for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, etc.

Our beautiful apartment is in the heart of the Eifel in Prüm. The 70 m² apartment was completed in early 2024. It is equipped for 4 people. It has two bedrooms with double beds 140 × 200 & 180 × 200. A children's travel bed is available. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the panoramic hiking trail 120 of the Eifel Association Prüm.

Buchholz is a small place with 7 houses, which is located in the middle of the forest and directly on the RAVEL bike and hiking trail, which merges directly into the Kyll bike path near the border.
