One of a kind experience sleeping in one of the Cabanas/Tree houses - comparing with older places the well-fitted mosquito-net was a welcomed change. The food is a little pricey but worth every penny, the quality is really good and everything is really authentic. The pizza and the breakfast were really delicious. The crew which worked there worked really hard to make it one of the best experiences we had while traveling through Sri Lanka - they fulfilled every wish. One big plus was that you can order everything, anytime through a simple text message - never seen this before! There is not much to do around the resort but that makes it such a good place to wind down and relax. All in all we can recommend this resort and if we were ever to be around Sri Lanka again, this would be one of our top choices.

We had a wonderful vacation! The garden is absolutely enchanting and the air-conditioned room really clean! We surfed right in front of our hotel (a few minutes and we were by the sea) thanks to the surf instructor who found us Gras! They arranged the transfer to the airport!! really great service! Near the hotel there are restaurants and a small shop! Absolutely recommended

Wow wow wow... We absolutely loved our stay at the Brickhouse @ Monsoon Eco Resort. The building is beautiful. Seneth, Vishy and the entire team are the most welcoming, friendly and kind souls. We came as guests and feel we have left with friends for life. If you want a relaxed stay away from the hustle of Arugam Bay, this is the place. The grounds are absolute Zen. The food is delicious. The accomodation stunning. It was hard for us to move on after our 5 days stay at the Monsoon Eco Resort. It's a quick walk to the local beach which has some decent surf. A board and rental shop down the road and it's only a 20 minute Tuk Tuk ride to Arugam Bay. If you're lucky, you'll spot some wild elephants on your way in. Book now before someone else beats you to it.. You'll have an incredible time!

Hilltops was an amazing experience, especially after coming from the hectic A-Bay. Private beach, lovely staff, beautiful nature and healthy food - it’s been so nice staying here. Great place to slow down and enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!!

We stayed 4 nights in the Kattu Cabana, an open stilt house. If you would like to have a special experience, this cabana is ideal. You can watch the sunrise from bed. Hilltop offers a communal dinner for all guests. It was really a great experience to be there.

Where do we start! Anna and Nicola were the most welcoming, sweetest, and most helpful hosts we've ever met. My boyfriend had food poisoning and Anna and Nicola immediately helped with medicine and homemade chicken soup which tasted amazing. The place is so beautiful. The finest details and an incredible tranquility that was just what we had hoped for. We surfed with Anna early morning and afternoon which was so cozy. Like having made a friend in no time. The food was so delicious and they have the world's best pizza. It's super easy to take a tuktuk on Safari, surf or into town. There are lots of good restaurants nearby if you want a little variety. Thank you for your amazing hospitality Anna and Nicola. We already miss the place and you: -) Best, Nanna and Søren
