They also bought the other apartments in the building where I stayed before and started to provide services with 4 apartments, we were thinking of renting a villa, we rented this apartment at less than half the price and it was almost as comfortable as a villa, it deserved our money to the fullest, it is cheaper than the apartments in the large site consisting of 20-30 apartments, much more well-maintained and peaceful. We would like to thank Ms. Necla's son Özgür very much, he responded to our messages very quickly and made suggestions for activities we could do in the region, the location is excellent.

The house was so clean and had a good back yard, also it's not far from the beach and the center, I enjoyed staying there alot and the price was worth it totally

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

We loved staying at Engin’s place - the apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and the location right at the beach was just perfect! Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace, great restaurant and pool at the building complex. The supermarket and busier streets for shopping/food/night life were at walking distances. I definitely recommend staying in this part of Fethiye rather than the hotels in the city center or near crowded boulevards. We’ll definitely come back here ☺️ Teşekkür ederiz!

5 minute walk to town and marina. Excellent location. On a hill so need to able to cope with steep gradient. Always got parking close by. Lovely spacious apartment with nice TV. Kitchen well equipped. Overall enjoyed our time here and would use again.

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

I want to thank Samet for a wonderful place that fully corresponds to the description and photos, I felt at home ! Finding a place was easy, the apartment is very spacious and bright, perfectly clean. The location is very convenient, there are many different shops and cafes near the house, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Samet always answered my questions very quickly and helped if I needed help, thank you so much. I would definitely recommend this place, would definitely come back !

Just returned after staying for a month, we were met by Mustafas son who was very helpful, Mustafa and his son were always on hand if we needed anything, will definitely stay again Yvonne

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The space has room for all our luggage, a desk to work remotely, and all the kitchen essentials we needed. WiFi and AC worked well. The hill is steep and long to get to the home, but it is doable and a good workout. Plenty of parking if you are renting a car. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Utku’s apartment. It’s cosy, spacious, and has a beautiful view. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the market and the sea. There were 5 of us and it was very comfortable :) Highly recommended!

Mr. Ali is a very caring person. He was in contact with us from the first day we rented the house until the last day and helped us a lot. The house was very clean, modern and everything was available as in the photo. The apartment was a quiet family apartment building. We stayed with my wife for 6 days and felt very comfortable like our own home. If I come to Fethiye again, I would definitely prefer Mr. Ali's house.

The host was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He responded in no time. Since we were in Fethiye for the first time, he also gave us a lot of information about where to go, where the best beaches are or what the sights are. The apartment is located in a quiet place, but you can easily walk to restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. Everything was as described and as in the photos. We had a very nice time at this property and would recommend it.

Staying at Multu's house was an absolute pleasure. It’s the perfect place to recharge, offering a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The location is incredibly serene, with breathtaking views of Babadag. Hope I will back once again!

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a lovely jacuzzi upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned, which adds to the comfort. The location is excellent: just a 6-7 minute walk to the big park and about 15 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing we missed was a microwave, as we’re used to having one. However, Furkan was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

First of all, I wish everyone a good holiday. Before renting this apartment, please ask the owner Mr. Ömer whether the permanent tenant upstairs has moved out. Because the tenant lives upstairs and is very disrespectful and characterless towards the daily guests. Probably due to a friction between him and Mr. Ömer, he does not want Mr. Ömer to do business. Because until we entered the house, there was no sound or noise in the house until Mr. Ömer came and gave us the key to the house. I was tired after a 10-hour drive and wanted to get some rest, but the characterless person sitting upstairs started cutting tiles with a grinding machine. Although we warned him, he didn't care and said, "You should have asked before you came." We conveyed the situation to Mr. Ömer and he took care of it. The police came and gave a warning, but this time he sprayed the dust from the tiles into the pool. The next day, the characterless person started cleaning the house at 5 in the morning. If Mr. Ömer wants to earn money, he needs to evict the tenant. For your information

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and always replied quickly to any questions we had, which made everything super easy and stress-free. He helped with us out with car rental, airport transfer, new gas for the kitchen, etc. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again. It was a very decent and beautiful place to stay. Thanks to Mr. Mert, he helped us a lot with our problems. Although we called him at 11 pm on a holiday, he was with us half an hour later and helped us. We were very pleased with him and his house. The location of the house is close to everywhere and there is no problem in terms of markets and restaurants around, it had a sufficient number of amenities.
