Zero noise, close to the beach and the Old Town - with a view

Large apartment between 3 lakes, right next to the park and only an 18-minute walk to the Old Town. 2 bedrooms, a living room, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a view from the 6th floor that does the job at any time of the day. The block? A communist-era monstrosity, a staircase like something out of Bareja, but clean and quiet – mostly older, nice people live here. And the apartment is stylish, bright and spacious. The city beach is a 5-minute walk, and there are shops, a bakery, a post office and everything you need right outside the building. Come on in!

The area is quiet and green. The place is adjacent to Kusocińskiego Park, a sports field, a table tennis table, and a playground. Nearby are bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, a swimming pool, a stadium, the Urania Hall, the A. Wasilewska Auditorium, a planetarium and a library. The Old Town, the children's hospital, and the provincial hospital are just a 10-minute walk away. The area is very well connected to the rest of the city. There are public transportation stops nearby (tram; bus). The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Close to the City Beach and the Old Town of Olsztyn (10 minutes on foot). A very quiet and charming district of Olsztyn. The city forest is on the other side of the street. Just take 10 steps and you are in a beautiful place full of greenery... In the garden, there is a lounge set, a garden pavilion, and it is possible to have a barbecue (in the summer season) I do not rent the apartment for parties

Perfect location – close to everything, so you save time and can enjoy your stay. The building has an elevator. The apartment is bright, comfortable and cozy. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Warmian forest outside the window . 300 meters from the apartment, there is a beach on Olsztyn's largest lake, Ukiel. 200 meters marina, restaurant, SPA training studio, lake view points with city skyline. There are bike paths. A free parking space and an electric car charging station await you. Two bicycles are available for guests. I can also lend Paddleboards.

The apartment is located in a great location. The Old Town is 10 minutes away on foot. In the area there is a Central Park, a Shopping Mall, a communication hub (Wakara Square). I recommend it especially for families with children due to the space of the apartment, the playground in front of the building and the proximity of the city beach.
