Easy access to transportation and near to resorts, bars, restaurants, travel offices, laundry, clinics (dental or medical), beauty parlor, groceries, market and hotels. Street parking is allowed and safe to park alongside on a lighted street. It's a busy street but the neighborhood is good, friendly, neat and quite. Just near the highway with a short distance travel to the city to enjoy window shopping at SM or Ayala Malls or Subic Freeport Zone.
