We spent a weekend in the cottage and are very happy with our stay. The cottage is well-equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable time. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the property itself was decorated with great attention to detail. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A big advantage is the pool, where you can really relax. It's the perfect getaway. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful property in a quiet area that has modern amenities after renovation, but retains historical charm. The host is responsive and friendly, always responded right away and accommodated us. We'd love to come back for a longer stay in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The house is very cosy, the garden is great and most of all it was so quiet. It was everything we hoped for. The environment is very pretty with lots to see and do. If you want a place to feel at home and relax, this is it! Sylvie is a very good host and she decorated the house beautifully. I'm sure we will be back 😊

We were happy with everything, clean house, clean neighborhood. Various activities for children in the house, which we welcomed. We didn't miss anything. Great communication with the host and she always responded right away.

Everything was great, really! One little problem that it was a bit difficult to find, but I'd guess it was my fault since I got there very late and it was very dark

The place was clean, well-equipped, very simple check-in process at check-in, beautiful design of the entire area. The location is great, very nice place to ski, ski slope 200m walk from the accommodation or other recreation. We really enjoyed the sauna with a pond, a really great experience. The hosts were great, great communication, everything was 100% ready! We felt right at home. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and quiet place. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the property manager, showed us around, and specified different details about the space. The location was great, the place was clean (everything looked like in the photos), and the host and the manager were very welcoming and welcoming people. We really had no problem with the accommodation. I can only recommend this place.

This apartment was one of the best equipped ones we visited in Bohemia. We were delighted with the welcome wine and waters. The big advantage was that the second apartment was unoccupied, so we had complete privacy and the entire outdoor space to ourselves. Communication with David was very kind and seamless. Thank you.

A very nice place to stay that surprised us with its coziness and space. An absolutely ideal cottage for 3 couples. A great starting point for visiting the Moravian Karst, which was our purpose. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The cottage was better than expected, it was tidy, spacious and cozy. We had a pleasant time and enjoyed the trip. The cottage is great for walks and relaxation. The only problems were no or weak signal (we were informed about this in advance by the host) and a poorly marked parking space. Overall, a cozy, comfortable cottage that deserves more information about the accommodation.

The place exceeded our expectations. All new, modern, comfortable and thoughtful interior, step-free transition from deck to garden. Parking right in front of the entrance. A garden equipped with everything you need to entertain children (sandpit, swings, toys), a bathing barrel with a hot tub and wood-fired massages. A well-equipped kitchen that didn't miss anything. Pleasant seating inside and out. Generous bathrooms, cleanliness and coziness. The owner immediately responded to any question, it was not a problem to arrange a crib, a barrier protecting children on the staircase. The entire space is above-standard for a stay with children. We use rental space a lot, we find this stay in comparison to others extraordinary.

Perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friends. Everyone I was in contact with, was super friendly and always helpful. Mattresses were a bit hard but other than that great house. Especially the sauna and hot tub are a really cool feature. Be aware of the neighbourhood cat though. Although it wants attention and cuddles, it bit one of my friends out of nowhere 🙃

AMAZING! We loved to stay here, the house is extremely cozy and completely secluded. I was worried that the location was close to the road but it really isnt a problem at all, completely private. Highly recommended!

Very cozy spacious accommodation with a large garden in front of the house. Suitable for 2 families with children. Perfect location for hiking nearby. We were extremely satisfied and will be happy to come back.
