Located 6 km from Orléans, 2 km from Olivet, and 2 km from the A 71 tollbooth, I offer my very well-equipped house with a 10-meter heated swimming pool from May 7 to October 6. Parties are forbidden. Out of respect for the neighborhood, outside music is prohibited. The hot tub in a photo is unavailable. Optional bed linens: €15/bed/stay Optional cleaning: €80 !!!! The vacation rental is located in an old wine estate, the vineyard, the first to welcome you, opens the way to a large landscaped garden with free access. Heated pool (May/mid-October), Jacuzzi all year round. Gas grill, children's games, ping pong or swing. Recent amenities, private garden with barbecue. A short walk from the Loire to discover on foot or by bicycle. Castles: Chambord, Blois, Amboise a few minutes away by car.

Apartment in a former convent near Orléans

** Possibility of long stays ** 2 bedroom apartment in a renovated former convent (Convent of La Bretauche, place called). Perfect for a stay of a few nights or longer. Parking inside the property. Includes a ground floor (bathroom, kitchen) and a first floor (bedrooms, living room). Not suitable for people who can't climb stairs. 7 km from Orléans. Leclerc supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. In a green and quiet setting, 12 km from Orléans, 2 steps from the Loire and on the "route des châteaux", pretty modern outbuilding backing onto the owners' house, consisting of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private toilets and bathrooms, a kitchen equipped to prepare breakfast and simple meals, a private terrace accessible from the bedrooms and from the kitchen, a heated swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th.
