La casa cuenta con una maravillosa vista de las montañas, es muy iluminada y soleada de día y fresca en las noches, está rodeada por fincas que se dedican principalmente al cultivo de café. Se pueden realizar caminatas a través de los caminos veredales y disfrutar de bellos paisajes y aire fresco. El acceso a la casa es mayormente por carretera pavimentada y aproximadamente 2 km de carretera con "placa huella".
