Wonderful house, cozy, clean, impeccable hosting, Dona Socorro and Mr. Mario is super welcoming, attentive, concerned with us until the moment we returned and arrived in our city! Close to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, fairs, malls and beaches. We were received with great affection and pampering! Super recommend it.

Marvellhosa stadia! I have nothing to say. Seu Alberis was of excellent service and communication, from the first contact. The site is very well taken care of and has every possible support of appliances and utensils, my wife and I do not miss anything. It even has a washing machine, all in great operation. The place is very cozy and we feel at home. The town is great, you can go to the beach walking quietly, it's okay to say on the corner. very good indeed, I will go at other times.

For Carnival purposes, it served super well. There in front of the apartment pass few blocks, and the only tip for those who want to be moving in the city during this period is not to mess with the schedules - it is worth knowing which blocks will end up crossing your path in relation to the place you want to get to. But that's seeing anywhere in the city. The place is super clean, the air conditioning and the fan in the rooms are super enough. It also has more than one nearby grocery store to buy the essentials. The city worked very well and Camila was very attentive always, I recommend!

I stayed with my boyfriend for 4 days at the house. Super practical check-in, and the host provided tutorials to learn how to use the electronic lock. Super comfortable and well-equipped apartment. There are good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Huge TV!

The location is in an excellent location for those who need to go to the Convention Center. We went to the Uber event, but on the way back we walked back without difficulty. It must be said that the host is really friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The place itself has the basics you need for a trip. There is a bakery a few meters away where you can buy your breakfast. I recommend it! In time, I add that although the location of the property implies some limitations and there is also no parking, I parked in a nearby place without problems.
