Things that are part of the hotel and not the person responsible for renting the space… all cold pools, you need to be insistent on the request to change towels even letting you know that you request cleaning of the room. But Tiago's listing met all of our expectations, very attentive and always ready for us to meet. Thank you for staying and we will be back.

We love the apartment. The balcony is for the pools, where there is a show every day. The apartment is well cleaned, all new. It has fresh towels, soap, shampoo. The pools are air-conditioned. Inside the complex are restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop. Wonderful place although crowded!!! The location is just wonderful. We were walking to the park every day!! It is next to Burger King, there are several swimwear shops, pizzeria, there is a mini mall that is connected to the complex!! We will come back again for sure!!!!

What a wonderful place, we left wanting to go back and stay for more days. On the Thermas side and inside the resort has many activities for all ages. Clean space, great bed, smelling towels. Reception and wonderful staff. Josi is attentive mto, answers promptly to all doubts, with ctz indico and would come back several other times.

The flat was clean and organized, has a hairdryer, bed linens, air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, even soap, shampoo and a stocked minibar (for a fee), hotel service every day, mini kitchen (I only suggest a few utensils for us to take), the hotel is excellent, from food and recreation, super lively, with shows day and night (cinema, spa, fitness center, café, mini market, hamburger joint, fitness center), it faces Thermas dos Laranjais, and around it has everything you need. Super attentive staff. We had lunch there one day and it's worth it, very tasty food. Host Leandro answered all questions, attentive and polite. We had a problem with the room, we rented one with a pool view and they put us in one that didn't have one. But I talked to Leandro, who answered me quickly and advised us to go to the reception, which also resolved it immediately. I highly recommend the Hotel. The value is super affordable for everything it offers. (We stayed 3 days in low season).

Very yummy AP is all close by, don't need a car to go to the places like restaurant pharmacy bakery market The parks are about 7 to 8 minutes from the AP by car

Great value stay, spacious and large apartment, comfortable accommodation, hot shower and equipped kitchen. Excellent location for access to the Parks and the gastronomic center of Olímpia. Easy and safe access to the condominium. I highly recommend the stay!

Spacious apartment airy clean kitchen utensils new 3 TV living room and in the two bedrooms comfortable beds everything perfect nothing to complain ! perfect location all near pharmacy restaurants and supermarkets. Without words to describe the education and kindness of the host Fernando responded quickly . I did not have any setbacks was excellent our stay for sure I will be back.

I am completely satisfied with the accommodation, they were amazing days with my family. Bruno was very attentive whenever necessary, guided me and responded to me quickly and politely. The resort is great next to the park, not to mention the variety of activities offered, a great pool with hot water where we enjoyed ourselves until late after returning from the park. Very polite and helpful staff, the resort itself was full because the days were high season but nothing hindered our fun and even with high demand requests such as drinks, food and room service were met quickly, always providing a pleasant and comfortable environment. I highly recommend it and we will return more often.

Apt well airy, organized, spacious and everything clean and Mr Eugenio always well educated answering my doubts, gave several legal tips that helped a lot. The hotel has a lot of option to do, every day it has live music, free transfer from the hotel to thermas and close to everything market, pharmacy, Mc, restaurants, hot bech....we love everything, we are sure to return to Olimpia.
