דירת 3 חדרים חדשה לגמרי, מאובזרת ומודרנית. בעלת ממד, נמצאת בבניין חדש עם מעלית, במרחק הליכה מהים ומקניון ״מול החוף וילג״. כוללת מרפסת ו2 חניות. קרובה ליציאה מן העיר ועליה לכביש החוף. ביציאה מהבניין ישנה תחנת אוטובוס, הדירה קרובה לרכבת. טלויזיה, וייפי, מזגן, מיקרו, תנור, כיריים גז ,מקרר, קומקום, מצנם, מכונת כביסה ומייבש. הדירה מתאימה ל6 אנשים, ישנם 3 חדרי שינה עם 3 מיטות זוגיות. חדר שינה ראשי עם מקלחת ו2 החדרים הנוספים עם מקלחת משותפת. הדירה בקומה 6 משקיפה לים, בכל שעות היום במרפסת שמשי ומואר.

Pleasant three-room apartment in givat olga, with 2 bedrooms ( secure room ) on 5 floors with lift. Very beautiful view of the sea. Quiet, bright, bright apartment, opposite a supermarket open until 10pm, and shops. Close to bus stops. The city center 5 mn walk. Station 5 minutes by car. 3mn walk from the beach, direct access. 3mn walk from the new "tayelet" promenade. 5 mn walk from the hotel Jacob. 15mn walk from the "village mall", the largest shopping complex . Cycle path downstairs.
