The area is conducive to relaxation in nature. There is a public beach with a jetty 2.5 km away. Guests can use hiking and cycling trails, as well as kayaking on the Łaźna Struga River. Free parking is available. The property is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.

The house is located near the forest, on meadows near the Cisowy Jar reserve on a large two-hectare plot, surrounded by post-glacial hills typical of the Mazury Garbate region. It is a great area for hiking and cycling. In the immediate vicinity, you can see roe deer, deer, elk and many species of birds. It is close to the Cisowy Jar reserve and Szeska Góra. It is also a good starting point for the Borecka and Romincka Forests, Rospuda, Czarna Hańcza or the forest lakes.
